Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at axoido321@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order or custom pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
